Jurug Zoo : Need Your Support

Jurug Zoo is one of the tourist attractions in the Solo area that desperately need attention and support from all of you. Some time ago, we visited the Jurug Wildlife Park (Taman Satwa Taru Jurug) to simply unwind on holiday there. However, on arrival there, I felt sad to see the condition of the animals and cages that are less pleasant and as unkempt.

Okay, let's tell the route that we go through during their stay in the Jurug zoo area and while some provide a review of his condition.

First, we will see the front of the zoo which houses the ticket and also the entrance of the Jurug zoo area it self. When we visited, ticket prices for one person only Rp 8,000, - On this section, I want to tell that the architecture and painting is look so beauty and match. When we look that, everyone will say this is good Zoo to visit - may be.

From the entrance, we continue the journey to the elephant enclosure. Incidentally when we visited had time to take photos right in front of the cage the elephant.

At first glance the cage looks pretty manicured and spacious, so for this part I will not talk much.

It was just a appears three elephants and a slightly different course than usual, the elephants were not out to entertain visitors. Ordinary every day off, the manager of the zoo Jurug provide an opportunity for visitors to ride an elephant and around around. But this time it seems not.

I took my girlfriend to take photos near the elephant enclosure by emphasizing the message board that reads "Jangan Buang Sampah di Kandang Gajah (Do not Dispose of Garbage at Elephant Cage)" with the intention that we can all conserve the environment.

Upon the satisfaction of seeing the long-nosed and voluptuous ass of elephant, we continued to the next zone.

In this zone we can find some kind of unique and beautiful birds, like peacocks, eagles, crows, owls, parrots, etc..

My girlfriend had to take one of the birds are simply gorgeous and looks very healthy is perched on a twig. It's just a bit stymied by the bird cage wire barrier.

If we look at their natural habitat, we think the size of bird cages for each species are too small so they are not free to fly.

The bottom of the cage in the form of grassy land is also not enough to reduce the comfort of these birds. In addition, the availability of food all the time as well as nutritional value is still lacking.

Perhaps because the budget for oprasional not mencukup and the least interest in visiting the zoo, making the manager was forced to implement oprasional potluck.

Penantian di Pantai Klayar Kala Senja

Penantian di pantai Klayar kala senja itu memang membuat kenangan yang tak terlupakan olehku. Setelah berjam-jam aku menunggu kehadiranmu, tapi kau tak juga menemuiku senja itu. Di depan hempasan ombak laut selatan yang menderu, percikan-percikan kecil mulai menetes perlahan menyentuh pipiku.

Sempat aku berprasangka, apakah aku ini telah berbuat salah sehingga kau tak mau menemuiku senja itu? Weeehhhh... kok jadi alay gini ya? Maaf teman-teman, ceritanya saya mau berbagi kisah di pantai Klayar yang begitu mempesona dan menyenangkan banget suasananya.

Hamparan pasir putih serta suasana alam yang sejuk dengan rindangnya tumbuhan kelapa serta di kanan-kiri tebing yang curam tampak mengambang di atas air laut, membuat saya serasa di pantai kala itu.

Pantai Klayar merupakan sebuah pantai yang terletak di pesisir selatan pulau Jawa dengan pemandangan yang begitu mempesona. Berada 35 km di sebelah barat kota Pacitan Jawa Timur, pantai yang tergolong masih perawan ini sangat saya sarankan untuk dikunjungi karena memang kondisinya masih murni dan belum terlihat adanya kotoran manusia (sampah buangan dari manusia yang kurang sadar lingkungan, lho. Bukan BAB manusia :-P )

Sekedar informasi tambahan bahwa untuk menuju lokasi wisata pantai Klayar memang belum tersedia angkutan khusus, sehingga kamu harus sedikit kreatif untuk menyewa angkutan menuju tempat ini. Selain itu, jika menempuh perjalanan dari arah kota Pacitan, kamu akan melintasi obyek wisata Gua Gong, jadi saya sarankan untuk membuat rute wisata yang berurutan agar efisien waktu.

Liku-liku jalanan yang kami lalui saat menuju pantai Klayar memang menjadi kenangan tersendiri, selain karena kami melintasi jalanan dengan kendaraan roda dua, juga karena kondisi jalan yang naik-turun bertepikan jurang dan tebing. Kewaspadaan berkendara memang dituntut ekstra saat menuju kawasan pantai ini. Meskipun demikian, saya tetap merasa tenang karena driver kesayangan saya cukup mahir menguasai medan.

Setelah menempuh perjalanan yang membuat bokong terasa panas dan senam jantung, akhirnya kami tiba di bibir pantai Klayar yang membuat segala rasa lelah dan capek hilang seketika karena indahnya pantai ini. Saya dan driver kesayangan saya pun langsung bermain di pantai setelah makan siang di warung dekat pantai bersama team perjalanan kali ini.

Oh ya, untuk warung makan, kamar mandi, mushola di kawasan pantai Klayar sudah ada, hanya saja untuk penginapan masih belum saya ketemukan sehingga bagi yang ingin menginap harus ke kota dulu :-( Harapan saya sich mudah-mudahan nanti saya bisa membangun hotel atau penginapan di sana, jadi saat kamu ingin menginap untuk berlibur tidak perlu jauh-jauh ke kota Pacitan. :-)

Setelah puas bermain, saya dan rombongan akhirnya memutuskan untuk berjalan-jalan menyusuri pantai Klayar hingga ke pesisir timur pantai. Di sini kami menemukan tempat yang pas untuk menyaksikan sunset yang memang sudah kami tunggu dan targetkan untuk bisa menyaksikan sore itu. Posisinya tepat diapit dua tebing seperti yang sempat kami dokumentasikan pada foto di atas.

Karena saat itu masih sekitar pukul 16.00 sore, jadi kami hanya sejenak disitu dan iseng mendaki tebing di pesisir timur yang kata penjaga pantai ada air semburnya. Ya, sekedar mengobati rasa penasaran, kami pun melangkah menapaki tebing tersebut.

Tak lama kami berjalan menyusuri tepi tebing, akhirnya ketemu sebuah lubang kecil yang ketika ombah menerjang maka lubang tersebut menyemburkan air. Karena posisi lubang yang berada di tengah tebing, jadi tampak seperti tebing tersebut memancarkan air dari dalamnya sana. :-) Maaf nich ya, saking bagusnya sampai saya bingung mengungkapkannya. Pokoknya lihat gambar ini aja deh :-)

Tepat di belakang sebelah kanan saya dalam foto di atas, kami berhasil mengabadikan moment dimana air memancar dari bagian tebing yang di maksud. Maaf kalau fotonya sedikit tidak sedap di pandang karena memang orang-orang yang di dekat pancaran itu sudah berjam-jam kagak mau pindah (udah ngerasa pancaran itu miliki mereka kali ya), bahkan sampai penjaga pantai menegur untuk bergantian juga tidak di gubrisnya. Udah lupakan cecunguk-cecunguk itu, yang penting kita dapat momen saat air memancar dari celah tebingnya :-)

Karena kami sudah merasa jengkel dengan ulah cecunguk-cecunguk itu (aduhhh... udah ndak usah dibahasa lagi! Udah ya...Udah.) Oke deh, kami pun kembali ke tempat yang pas untuk melihat sunset tadi dan menghabiskan waktu menunggu dengan membaca koran serta makan roti :-)

Sekitar satu setengah jam kami menunggu di kala senja itu, ternyata penantian kami berujung pahit dan menyedihkan saudara-saudara. Tuhan belum mengizinkan kami untuk menyaksikan sunset sore itu di pantai Klayar dengan mengirimkan mendung tepat di atas posisi terbenamnya matahari, dan hanya dalam 15 menit mendung itu menutup semua pemandangan yang ada.

Namun, bukan hanya kami yang melakukan penantian di pantai Klayar kala senja itu. Ada beberapa fotografer serta pengunjung yang sudah bersiap dan mengalami nasib sama seperti kami. Walau tak bisa melihat sunset di Klayar, kami tetap takjub akan keindahan dan kekuasaan Tuhan melalui pantai Klayar ini.

When we were in Balekambang, there are children who are busy playing with the teachers and their mentors. My girlfriend is very pleased to see that such a situation, as he invited me to sit in a garden chair. We also looked around the beautiful gardens and there is a very special animal to attract attention, namely deer.
